Elizabeth’s Story…
Elizabeth was raised in Richmond, Surrey, in an environment that nurtured both discipline and creativity. Her father, a dedicated meditator and martial arts instructor, played a pivotal role in shaping her deep curiosity about the human mind and interpersonal dynamics. At the same time, her maternal grandfather, a creative entrepreneur, worked as a photographer and war correspondent for TIME magazine and Warner Bros., instilling in her an appreciation for storytelling, resilience, and innovation.
Elizabeth’s academic journey began with a Postgraduate degree in Design from the University of the Arts, London, followed by a Master’s in Design from the prestigious Royal College of Art. Her career took off when she founded her own successful jewellery brand, which gained national recognition after receiving investment on the first series of Dragon’s Den on BBC Television. With global acclaim, she navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship—experiencing firsthand the challenges and triumphs of building a brand.
Leveraging her entrepreneurial expertise, Elizabeth transitioned into high-level corporate leadership. She served on the boards of several renowned British high street brands and two of the world’s largest jewellery and watch retailers, guiding them through pivotal moments of change. Her global leadership experience exposed her to diverse teams, cultures, and organisational challenges, shaping her broad and open-minded approach to business and people development.
Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, Elizabeth pursued a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the triple-accredited Henley Business School. Now, as an executive coach, she helps leaders and entrepreneurs realise their full potential, supporting them through critical transitions, decision-making, and leadership challenges.
Alongside her coaching practice, Elizabeth provides strategic consultancy to SMEs and start-ups, combining her extensive commercial acumen with her design expertise to help businesses craft compelling brand narratives and navigate complex growth challenges.
A mindfulness practitioner for 25 years, she enjoys being outdoors, regularly making the most of living near Richmond Park in Surrey by enjoying walks and talks with friends, colleagues and clients. She has an 8 year-old step daughter and is also a keen scuba diver with an interest in marine and shark conservation.
